Военно-охотничий союз учреждён в Азербайджане
Кабинет министров Азербайджана решением №44 от 13 февраля утвердил положение и структуру общества с ограниченной ответственностью «Военно-охотничий союз» (HOI).
По решению, Военно-охотничий союз полностью принадлежит государству. При этом Специальная служба государственной охраны принимает его на свой баланс. ООО имеет следующий юридический адрес: Баку, Насиминский район, ул. А.Насибли, 1А. При этом HOI участвует в организации и управлении охотой и охотничьими хозяйствами, производстве и использовании профессионального и спортивного охотничьего инвентаря.
Уставный капитал ООО «Военно-охотничий союз» – 500 тыс. манатов. Управляет союзом директор, а членство в HOI – платное.
Структура ООО состоит из его аппарата, представительств и их отделений, филиалов и их отделений, дочерних юридических лиц и их отделений.
