“Sığorta fəaliyyəti haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 27-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Sığorta fəaliyyəti haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununa (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2008, № 3, maddə 144, № 7, maddə 602; 2009, № 7, maddə 517; 2011, № 1, maddə 11; 2013, № 12, maddə 1470; 2014, № 7, maddələr 771, 779) aşağıdakı məzmunda 118.4-cü maddə əlavə edilsin:
“118.4. Sığortaçının əmlakının açıq hərrac yolu ilə satılması sığortaçının müflis elan olunması haqqında məhkəmə qərarının qanuni qüvvəyə minməsi tarixindən 30 gündən gec olmayaraq keçirilir.”.
