“Ekstradisiya haqqında” Avropa Konvensiyasının Üçüncü Əlavə Protokoluna qoşulmaq barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 4-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Azərbaycan Respublikası “Ekstradisiya haqqında” Avropa Konvensiyasının 2010-cu il noyabrın 10-da Strasburq şəhərində imzalanmış Üçüncü Əlavə Protokoluna Azərbaycan Respublikasının ona dair bəyanatları ilə (bəyanatların mətni əlavə olunur) qoşulsun.
