“Torpaq islahatı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 12-ci və 13-cü bəndlərini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Torpaq islahatı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1997, № 3, maddə 203; 2001, № 1, maddə 26, № 3, maddə 149, № 6, maddə 375; 2002, № 5, maddələr 237, 241; 2003, № 1, maddə 14; 2004, № 2, maddə 59, № 4, maddə 212; 2006, № 6, maddə 478; 2007, № 1, maddə 3; 2008, № 3, maddə 154, № 12, maddə 1048; 2009, № 2, maddə 36; 2015, № 3, maddə 246) 7-ci maddəsinin 1-ci hissəsinin altıncı abzasında “yerli əhəmiyyətli və təsərrüfatdaxili yolların” sözləri “bələdiyyə yollarının və təsərrüfatdaxili yolların” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
