“İnformasiya əldə etmək haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 1-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“İnformasiya əldə etmək haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2005, № 12, maddə 1080; 2007, № 8, maddə 756; 2010, № 3, maddələr 171, 172; 2011, № 3, maddə 162, № 7, maddə 617; 2012, № 5, maddə 405, № 7, maddə 653; 2015, № 2, maddə 81) 2.4-1-ci maddəsinə “qərəzsizliyinin” sözündən sonra “, cinayət işləri üzrə ibtidai araşdırmanın normal gedişinin” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
