Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on awarding A.M.Pashayev with the "Istiglal" Order
Guided by Point 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I hereby resolve:
For his fruitful scientific activity and outstanding contributions to development of science in the Republic of Azerbaijan, to award Arif Mir Jalal oghlu Pashayev with the "Istiglal" Order.
