Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Gəncə şəhərinin sosial-mədəni inkişafında xidmətləri olan aşağıdakı şəxslərə Azərbaycan Respublikasının fəxri adları verilsin:
