“Hərbi vəzifə və hərbi xidmət haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 18-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Hərbi vəzifə və hərbi xidmət haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2012, № 2, maddə 56; 2015, № 2, maddə 92; Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2015-ci il 3 aprel tarixli 1249-IVQD nömrəli Qanunu) 21.1.5-ci maddəsində “xarici ölkələrdə” sözləri “xarici ölkələrin siyahısı müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanı tərəfindən təsdiq edilmiş təhsil müəssisələrində” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
