Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2010-cu il 23 fevral tarixli 225 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2010, № 2, maddə 89, № 7, maddə 621; 2014, № 5, maddə 447, № 9, maddə 1027; 2015, № 4, maddə 373; Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2015-ci il 5 iyun tarixli 548 nömrəli Fərmanı) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Tələbə-məzun” dövlət elektron məlumat sistemi haqqında Əsasnamə”yə aşağıdakı məzmunda 6.10-2-ci yarımbənd əlavə edilsin:
“6.10-2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Əmək və Əhalinin Sosial Müdafiəsi Nazirliyi;”.
