İsmail Serageldinin “Dostluq” ordeni ilə təltif edilməsi haqqında

Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 23-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycanın mədəni irsinin təbliğində xidmətlərinə görə Nizami Gəncəvi Beynəlxalq Mərkəzinin həmsədri, İsgəndəriyyə Kitabxanasının direktoru İsmail Serageldin “Dostluq” ordeni ilə təltif edilsin.
