Azərbaycan Respublikası Hökuməti ilə Beynəlxalq Qızıl Xaç Komitəsi arasında 2000-ci il 1 iyun tarixli Sazişdə dəyişikliklər edilməsi və onun qüvvədəolma müddətinin uzadılması haqqında Protokolun təsdiq edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 17-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Azərbaycan Respublikası Hökuməti ilə Beynəlxalq Qızıl Xaç Komitəsi arasında 2000-ci il 1 iyun tarixli Sazişdə dəyişikliklər edilməsi və onun qüvvədəolma müddətinin uzadılması haqqında 2015-ci il martın 18-də Bakı şəhərində imzalanmış Protokol təsdiq edilsin.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Ədliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən Protokolun müddəalarının həyata keçirilməsini təmin etsin.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Xarici İşlər Nazirliyi Protokolun qüvvəyə minməsi üçün zəruri olan dövlətdaxili prosedurların yerinə yetirildiyi barədə Beynəlxalq Qızıl Xaç Komitəsinə bildiriş göndərsin.
