Azərbaycan Respublikası Vergilər Nazirliyinin ştat sayı haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2001-ci il 29 mart tarixli 454 nömrəli Fərmanı ilə təsdiq edilmiş "Azərbaycan Respublikasının Vergilər Nazirliyi haqqında Əsasnamə"nin 15.3-cü yarımbəndinə uyğun olaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikası Vergilər Nazirliyinin fəaliyyətinin gücləndirilməsi məqsədi ilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti QƏRARA ALIR:
1. Azərbaycan Respublikası Vergilər Nazirliyinin ümumi ştat sayı 200 vahid artırılaraq cəmi 2319 vahid, o cümlədən, aparatının ştat sayı 72 vahid artırılaraq cəmi 334 vahid müəyyən edilsin.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi və Azərbaycan Respublikasının Vergilər Nazirliyi bu qərardan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsinlər.
3. Bu qərar imzalandığı gündən qüvvəyə minir.
