“Siyasi partiyalar haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 10-cu bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Siyasi partiyalar haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikası Ali Sovetinin Məlumatı, 1992, № 11, maddə 387, № 12, maddə 454; Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1997, № 3, maddə 226; 2001, № 11, maddə 683; 2002, № 8, maddə 463; 2004, № 2, maddə 57, № 5, maddə 321, № 8, maddə 598; 2005, № 4, maddə 278, № 6, maddə 464; 2006, № 3, maddə 225; 2007, № 11, maddələr 1049, 1053; 2010, № 4, maddə 276; 2012, № 5, maddə 414; 2014, № 11, maddə 1332) 16.3-cü maddəsində “Siyasi” sözü “Bu Qanunun 4-cü maddəsinin dördüncü hissəsi istisna olmaqla, siyasi” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
