Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 16-cı bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Ünvanlı dövlət sosial yardımı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2005, № 11, maddə 1005; 2008, № 6, maddə 474, № 7, maddə 602) 8.1-ci maddəsində “1 il” sözləri “2 il” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
