Azərbaycan Respublikası Vergilər Nazirliyinin əməkdaşlarına ali xüsusi rütbələrin verilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 24-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Azərbaycan Respublikası Vergilər Nazirliyinin aşağıdakı əməkdaşlarına 3-cü dərəcəli dövlət vergi xidməti müşaviri xüsusi rütbəsi verilsin:
Əhmədov İlqar İsmayıl oğlu - Azərbaycan Respublikası vergilər nazirinin audit və operativ nəzarət sahələri üzrə müşaviri;
Eyyubov Şahin İslam oğlu - Azərbaycan Respublikası Vergilər Nazirliyinin 12 saylı Ərazi Vergilər Departamentinin rəisi;
Məmmədov Elçin Fərrux oğlu - Azərbaycan Respublikası Vergilər Nazirliyinin Vergi ödəyicilərinə xidmət baş idarəsinin rəisi.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının vergilər nazirinin vergi cinayətlərinin ibtidai araşdırılması məsələləri üzrə müşaviri Namiq Məhi oğlu Quliyevə 3-cü dərəcəli dövlət ədliyyə müşaviri xüsusi rütbəsi verilsin.
