Азербайджан утвердил правила определения источника преференциальных и непреференциальных товаров
Решением №3 Кабинета министров Азербайджана утверждены Правила определения источника преференциальных и непреференциальных товаров.С вступлением в силу этих правил ликвидируются Правила определения страны – источника товаров.
Целью определения непреференциального происхождения товаров является применение в отношении них таможенного тарифа; мер, регулирующих особые области торговли товарами; других мер касательно непреференциального происхождения, определённых законодательством.Правила определения непреференциального происхождения товаров
устанавливаются соответствующим органом исполнительной власти.
