Naxçıvan Şəhər Məhkəməsinin sədri H.M.Məmmədovun iş yerinin dəyişdirilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 9-cu və 32-ci bəndlərinə və “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 97-ci maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinə uyğun olaraq qərara alıram:
Hüseyn Məmməd oğlu Məmmədov Naxçıvan Şəhər Məhkəməsinin hakimi və sədri vəzifəsindən azad edilərək Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası Ağır Cinayətlər Məhkəməsinin hakimi və sədri təyin edilsin.
