В Азербайджане утверждены правила безналоговой и беспошлинной переработки иностранных товаров
Решением №4 Кабинета министров Азербайджана утверждены Правила размещения под специальным таможенным режимом товаров, перерабатываемых внутри страны.
Согласно правилам, размещение под особым таможенным режимом осуществляется только по решению таможенного органа. Специальные процедуры используются при соблюдении правил определения эквивалентных товаров. Переработка товаров разрешена с соблюдением правил размещения товаров под особым таможенным режимом их хранения.
