Yanğın Texniki Kollecinin ləğv edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 119-cu maddəsinin səkkizinci abzasını rəhbər tutaraq Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti QƏRARA ALIR:
1. Azərbaycan Respublikası Nazirlər Kabinetinin 1996-cı il 29 may tarixli 68 nömrəli qərarı ilə yaradılmış Yanğın Texniki Kolleci ləğv edilsin.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Fövqəladə Hallar Nazirliyi bu qərardan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
3. Bu qərar imzalandığı gündən qüvvəyə minir.
