Азербайджан отмечает День Конституции
Азербайджан отмечает сегодня День Конституции, принятой на референдуме 12 ноября 1995 года.
Как заявил в этой связи председатель Конституционного суда Фархад Абдуллаев, в рамках своих полномочий Конституционный суд обеспечивает соответствие положениям Конституции принимаемых в стране законов и решений.
«До сегодня суд принял 284 решения по положениям 123 законов», - указал Абдуллаев.
