Президенты Азербайджана и EBRD провели переговоры в Давосе
Президент Азербайджана Ильхам Алиев, участвующий во Всемирном экономическом форуме (WEF) в Давосе, провёл ряд деловых встреч.
Президент Алиев, в частности, провёл переговоры с президентом Европейского банка реконструкции и развития (EBRD) Сумой Чакрабарти.
По сообщению пресс-службы президента, стороны обсудили последние события в Азербайджане (экономический рост, показатели ненефтяного сектора, занятость, сокращение бедности) и отношения между страной и банком.
В 2013 году EBRD не сумел утвердить новую стратегию по Азербайджану, что планировал сделать в декабре. Тем не менее, летом прошлого года Сума Чакрабарти, впервые посетивший Азербайджан, анонсировал планы проведения в Баку ежегодного собрания управляющих EBRD в 2017 году.
