Gəncə şəhərinin sosial-iqtisadi inkişafının sürətləndirilməsi ilə əlaqədar əlavə tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Gəncə şəhərinin sosial-iqtisadi inkişafının sürətləndirilməsi və abadlıq işlərinin davam etdirilməsi məqsədi ilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2014-cü il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan Gəncə Şəhər İcra Hakimiyyətinə 5,0 (beş) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində nəzərdə tutulan məbləğdə maliyyələşməni müəyyən olunmuş qaydada təmin etsin.
