Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 4-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Azərbaycan Respublikasının Müdafiə Nazirliyi və Amerika Birləşmiş Ştatlarının Müdafiə Nazirliyi arasında avadanlığın alınması və qarşılıqlı xidmət haqqında” 2013-cü il oktyabrın 14-də Bakı şəhərində və 2013-cü il oktyabrın 30-da Ştutqart şəhərində imzalanmış Saziş (USA-AZE-02) təsdiq edilsin.
