Tacikistan Respublikasının Prezidenti Zati-aliləri cənab Emoməli Rəhmona
Hörmətli Emoməli Şərifoviç,
Sizi və Sizin şəxsinizdə bütün Tacikistan xalqını ölkənizin milli bayramı – Müstəqillik Günü münasibətilə Azərbaycan xalqı adından və şəxsən öz adımdan səmimi qəlbdən təbrik edirəm.
Azərbaycan ilə Tacikistanı ənənəvi dostluq və əməkdaşlıq münasibətləri bağlayır. Hazırda yeni məzmun kəsb edən bu münasibətlər dinamik və hərtərəfli inkişaf yolundadır.
Əminəm ki, birgə səylərimiz bundan sonra da dövlətlərarası münasibətlərimizin daha da inkişaf etdirilməsinə və möhkəmlənməsinə, Azərbaycan ilə Tacikistan arasında iqtisadi və humanitar əlaqələrin genişlənməsinə yönələcəkdir.
