Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Ömər Həsən oğlu Eldarov Azərbaycan Rəssamlıq Akademiyasının rektoru vəzifəsindən azad edilsin.
2. Bu Sərəncam imzalandığı gündən qüvvəyə minir.
