Ələt azad iqtisadi zonasının fəaliyyətinin təmin edilməsi ilə bağlı əlavə tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Ələt azad iqtisadi zonasının yaradılması və fəaliyyətinin təşkili haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2020-ci il 22 may tarixli 1032 nömrəli Fərmanının 3-cü hissəsinə əsasən, Bakı şəhəri Qaradağ rayonunun inzibati ərazisində yerləşən və Ələt azad iqtisadi zonasının ərazisi qismində müəyyən edilmiş torpaq sahəsinin bu Sərəncamın əlavəsindəki yerquruluşu planında göstərilmiş, dövlət mülkiyyətinə aid 635,1 hektar hissəsi birdəfəlik, əvəzsiz və daimi istifadə hüququ ilə Ələt azad iqtisadi zonasının səlahiyyətli qurumuna verilsin.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının İqtisadiyyat Nazirliyi və Ələt azad iqtisadi zonasının səlahiyyətli qurumu bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsinlər.
