Счётная палата Азербайджана рекомендовала Всемирному банку улучшить закупочные процедуры
Председатель Счётной палаты Азербайджана Вугар Гюльмамедов принял менеджера Всемирного банка по стране Ларису Лещенко и специалиста по закупкам Дипала Фернандо.
Как сообщает Счётная палата, на встрече обсуждались вопросы аудита проектов банка, включая улучшение процедуры закупок, а также усиления функции внешнего государственного аудита таких проектов.Лариса Лещенко указала на создание банком специальной Country system и готовность к расширению сотрудничества с палатой.
Стороны договорились провести тренинг для сотрудников палаты по закупочным процедурам банка, привлечению палаты к post review проектов, реализованных в других организациях.
