Отменена ежегодная проверка центров по облуживанию тахографов для автомобильного транспорта.
Это сделано путём внесения поправок в решение №244 от 24 декабря 2010 года Кабинета министров Азербайджана о различных вопросах в связи с осуществлением международных автомобильных пассажирских и грузовых перевозок. Решением №259 от 16 июля 2014 года Кабинет министров отменил пункт о ежегодной проверке центров обслуживания (сервисных мастерских), которые устанавливают, проверяют, ремонтируют, калибруют и обслуживают тахографы.
Поправки внесены в связи с применением закона о регулировании проверок и защите прав предпринимателей.
