Daşkəsən rayonunun Daşkəsən–Xoşbulaq–Astaf avtomobil yolunun əsaslı təmiri ilə bağlı əlavə tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Yeddi min nəfər əhalinin yaşadığı 9 yaşayış məntəqəsini birləşdirən Daşkəsən–Xoşbulaq–Astaf avtomobil yolunun əsaslı təmirinin başa çatdırılması məqsədilə “Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2022-ci il dövlət büdcəsində dövlət əsaslı vəsait qoyuluşu (investisiya xərcləri) üçün nəzərdə tutulan vəsaitin bölgüsü”nün 1.26.10-cu yarımbəndinə uyğun olaraq, Azərbaycan Avtomobil Yolları Dövlət Agentliyinə 9,5 milyon (doqquz milyon beş yüz min) manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən məbləğdə maliyyələşməni təmin etsin.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
