“Azərbaycan Respublikasının Konstitusiya Məhkəməsi hakimlərinin sosial müdafiəsi sahəsində əlavə tədbirlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2000-ci il 17 may tarixli 414 nömrəli Sərəncamında dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Konstitusiya Məhkəməsi hakimlərinin sosial müdafiəsi sahəsində əlavə tədbirlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2000-ci il 17 may tarixli 414 nömrəli Sərəncamının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2000, № 5, maddə 340; 2004, № 2, maddə 67) 1-ci hissəsinin beşinci abzası ləğv edilsin.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
3. Bu Sərəncam 2022-ci il iyulun 1-dən tətbiq edilir.
