Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Şərqi Zəngəzur İqtisadi Rayonunda 1 saylı Bərpa, Tikinti və İdarəetmə Xidməti” publik hüquqi şəxsin Müşahidə Şurasının aşağıdakı tərkibi təsdiq edilsin:
Müşahidə Şurasının sədri
Vahid Hacıyev – Şərqi Zəngəzur iqtisadi rayonuna daxil olan Zəngilan rayonunda Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin xüsusi nümayəndəsi
Müşahidə Şurasının üzvləri
Sahib Məmmədov – Azərbaycan Respublikası iqtisadiyyat nazirinin müavini
Sarvan Cəfərov – Azərbaycan Respublikası kənd təsərrüfatı nazirinin müavini
Vüqar Kərimov – Azərbaycan Respublikası ekologiya və təbii sərvətlər nazirinin müavini
Namiq Hümmətov – Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Şəhərsalma və Arxitektura Komitəsi sədrinin birinci müavini.
2. Bu Sərəncam imzalandığı gündən qüvvəyə minir.
