Bir sıra birinci instansiya məhkəmələri hakimlərinin səlahiyyətlərinə vaxtından əvvəl xitam verilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Məhkəmə-Hüquq Şurasının təkliflərini nəzərə alaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini, habelə “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 113-cü maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinin 12-ci bəndini və 114-cü maddəsinin üçüncü hissəsini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Aşağıdakı hakimlərin səlahiyyətlərinə vaxtından əvvəl xitam verilsin:
Bağırov Məhəmməd Abduləli oğlu – Füzuli Rayon Məhkəməsinin hakimi və sədri
Əmirxanova Kəmalə Fərman qızı – Bakı şəhəri Nərimanov Rayon Məhkəməsinin hakimi
Mustafayev Nofəl Qara oğlu – Tovuz Rayon Məhkəməsinin hakimi.
2. Bu Sərəncam imzalandığı gündən qüvvəyə minir.
