Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti yanında Vətəndaşlıq Məsələləri Komissiyasının yaradılması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 1999-cu il 12 mart tarixli 106 nömrəli Sərəncamının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1999, № 3, maddə 174; 2002, № 1, maddə 71; 2004, № 4, maddə 282, № 7, maddə 566; 2005, № 8, maddə 733; 2007, № 12, maddə 1251; 2009, № 2, maddə 93; 2012, № 5, maddə 442; 2015, № 11, maddə 1301; 2016, № 12, maddə 2174; 2018, № 7 (II kitab), maddə 1597; 2020, № 1, maddə 33) 1-ci hissəsində “Hüquq ekspertizası” sözləri “Humanitar siyasət, diaspor, multikulturalizm və dini məsələlər” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
