“Peşə təhsili haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 1-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Peşə təhsili haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2018, № 6, maddə 1152; 2019, № 5, maddə 799, № 6, maddə 986, № 11, maddə 1685; 2020, № 5, maddələr 508, 514, № 7, maddələr 831, 851, № 11, maddələr 1323, 1335, № 12 (I kitab), maddə 1421; 2021, № 2, maddə 109, № 6 (I kitab), maddə 548, № 8, maddə 895, № 11, maddə 1210) 10.11-ci maddəsi aşağıdakı redaksiyada verilsin:
“10.11. Dövlət peşə təhsil müəssisələrində təhsilalanlara müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanının müəyyən etdiyi orqanın (qurumun) müəyyən etdiyi məbləğdə təqaüd verilir.”.
