Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Azərbaycan Respublikası Təhsil Nazirliyinin tabeliyində “Bakı Mühəndislik Universiteti” publik hüquqi şəxsin yaradılması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2016-cı il 8 noyabr tarixli 2429 nömrəli Sərəncamının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2016, № 11, maddə 1868; 2017, № 2, maddə 198) 1-ci hissəsinə “fundamental” sözündən sonra “, nəzəri-metodoloji, pedaqoji-metodiki” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
