“Azərbaycan Hava Yolları” Qapalı Səhmdar Cəmiyyətinin Müşahidə Şurasının tərkibinin təsdiq edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2021-ci il 30 mart tarixli 2555 nömrəli Sərəncamında dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Azərbaycan Hava Yolları” Qapalı Səhmdar Cəmiyyətinin Müşahidə Şurasının tərkibinin təsdiq edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2021-ci il 30 mart tarixli 2555 nömrəli Sərəncamının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2021, № 3, maddə 260) birinci hissəsində hər iki halda “nəqliyyat, rabitə və yüksək texnologiyalar” sözləri “rəqəmsal inkişaf və nəqliyyat” sözləri ilə, “Zaur Qurbanov” sözləri “Anar Novruzov” sözləri ilə əvəz olunsun və həmin hissəyə “iqtisadiyyat nazirinin” sözlərindən sonra “birinci” sözü əlavə edilsin.
