“Sərhəd mühafizə orqanları haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 21-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Sərhəd mühafizə orqanları haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanu¬nunda (Azərbaycan Respublikası Ali Sovetinin Məlumatı, 1994, № 16, maddə 209; Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1998, № 1, maddə 15; 2004, № 2, maddə 57, № 3, maddə 133, № 4, maddə 199; 2007, № 6, maddə 560, № 11, maddə 1078; 2013, № 2, maddə 94; 2016, № 1, maddə 10; 2017, № 4, maddə 519, № 12 (I kitab), maddə 2201; 2018, № 7 (I kitab), maddə 1402; 2020, № 5, maddə 508) aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
1. 1-ci maddənin birinci cümləsinə “çevik hərəkət qüvvələrindən,” sözlərindən sonra “xüsusi hava əməliyyatları qüvvələrindən,” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
2. 24-cü maddənin birinci hissəsində “aviasiya hissəsinin” sözləri “xüsusi hava əməliyyatları qüvvələrinin və hərbi aviasiya hissələrinin” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
