Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2007-ci il 14 may tarixli 2163 nömrəli Sərəncamı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2007, № 5, maddə 500; 2008, № 11, maddə 970; 2009, № 12, maddə 1053; 2011, № 7, maddə 699; 2012, № 4, maddə 354, № 6, maddə 594; 2014, № 12, maddə 1647; 2018, № 3, maddə 521) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Miqrasiya Xidmətinin strukturu”nun 3-cü hissəsinin üçüncü – altıncı abzasları müvafiq olaraq dördüncü – yeddinci abzaslar hesab edilsin və həmin hissəyə aşağıdakı məzmunda üçüncü abzas əlavə edilsin:
“Bakı şəhər regional miqrasiya baş idarəsi”.
