T.Y.Musayevin Azərbaycan Respublikası səhiyyə nazirinin birinci müavini vəzifəsindən azad edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Teymur Yusif oğlu Musayev Azərbaycan Respublikası səhiyyə nazirinin birinci müavini vəzifəsindən azad edilsin.
2. “Azərbaycan Respublikası səhiyyə nazirinin vəzifələrini müvəqqəti icra etmək səlahiyyətinin verilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2021-ci il 23 aprel tarixli 2602 nömrəli Sərəncamı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2021, № 4, maddə 372) ləğv edilsin.
