«Бакинский метрополитен» получил уставный капитал в 1,77 млрд. манатов
Учреждённое 27 февраля 2014 года на базе управления Бакинского метрополитена ЗАО «Бакинский метрополитен» получило первичный уставный капитал.
Как сказано в сообщении Государственного комитета по ценным бумагам, первичный уставный капитал транспортной компании составит 1770950768,02 маната.
«Комитет 10 июля зарегистрировал под номером AZ1001019491 первичную эмиссию акций ЗАО «Бакинский метрополитен». В соответствии с ней на капитал ЗАО выпускается 125244043 простые именные бездокументарные акции номиналом по 14,14 маната», - сказано в сообщении.
В соответствии со статусом метрополитена, полностью находящегося в государственной собственности, предусмотрено закрытое размещение акций.
