Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Ağdam rayonunun işğaldan azad edilmiş hissəsində Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin xüsusi nümayəndəsinin təyin edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2021-ci il 24 may tarixli 2656 nömrəli Sərəncamı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2021, № 5, maddə 493) ləğv edilsin.
