“Taxıl haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 11-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Taxıl haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2000, № 7, maddə 491; 2004, № 2, maddə 57; 2007, № 5, maddə 397; 2011, № 2, maddə 71; 2014, № 11, maddə 1373; 2016, № 7, maddə 1241; 2017, № 5, maddə 717; 2018, № 1, maddə 17; 2019, № 8, maddə 1383) 8.2-ci maddəsində “orqanlarının” sözü “orqanının müəyyən etdiyi orqanın (qurumun)” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
