Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2014-cü il 18 noyabr tarixli 869 nömrəli Sərəncamı ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Azərbaycan Respublikası dövlət büdcəsinin vəsaiti hesabına saxlanılan Azərbaycan Respublikasının prokurorluq işçilərinin və prokurorluq orqanlarına işə götürülən digər işçilərin ştat sayı həddi”ndə dəyişiklik edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2014-cü il 18 noyabr tarixli 869 nömrəli Sərəncamı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2014, № 11, maddə 1471) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Azərbaycan Respublikası dövlət büdcəsinin vəsaiti hesabına saxlanılan Azərbaycan Respublikasının prokurorluq işçilərinin və prokurorluq orqanlarına işə götürülən digər işçilərin ştat sayı həddi”ndə dəyişikliklər təsdiq edilsin.
2. Bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsi ilə bağlı maliyyələşdirmə məsələləri Azərbaycan Respublikasının dövlət büdcəsində Azərbaycan Respublikası prokurorluq orqanlarının saxlanılması üçün nəzərdə tutulmuş vəsait hesabına həyata keçirilsin.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
