“Məşğulluq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 16-cı bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Məşğulluq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2018, № 8, maddə 1669; 2019, № 1, maddə 35, № 3, maddə 381, № 12, maddə 1892; 2020, № 1, maddə 1, № 5, maddə 521, № 7, maddə 831, № 9, maddə 1136; 2021, № 2, maddə 113) 16.2-ci maddəsindən “və uçota aldığı gündən 1 (bir) ay ərzində bu barədə müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanının müəyyən etdiyi orqana (quruma) məlumat verirlər” sözləri çıxarılsın.
