Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Azərbaycan Respublikası Vergilər Nazirliyinin strukturunun təsdiq edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2019-cu il 24 iyul tarixli 1340 nömrəli Sərəncamının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2019, № 7, maddə 1282) 1-ci hissəsi ləğv edilsin.
