Sumqayıt Apellyasiya Məhkəməsi hakimlərinin təyin edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisinin Qərarı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 10-cu bəndinə, 132-ci maddəsinin II hissəsinə, “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 94-cü maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinə, 96-cı maddəsinə və 97-ci maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinə uyğun olaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin təqdimatına əsasən Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi qərara alır:
1. Səlahiyyət müddəti başa çatmış İlqar Kamal oğlu Dəmirov “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun Keçid müddəalarının 7-ci hissəsinin dördüncü abzasına uyğun olaraq, Sumqayıt Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin hakimi təyin edilsin.
2. “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 97-ci maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinə uyğun olaraq, aşağıdakı hakimlər vəzifələri dəyişdirilərək Sumqayıt Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin hakimləri təyin edilsinlər:
Ağayev Rəşadət Əhməd oğlu,
Paşayev Tofiq Temir oğlu.
3. Bu Qərar imzalandığı gündən qüvvəyə minir.
