Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2020-ci il 30 iyun tarixli 1077 nömrəli Fərmanı ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Dövlət Sosial Müdafiə Fondunun Nizamnaməsi”ndə dəyişiklik edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2020-ci il 30 iyun tarixli 1077 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2020, № 6, maddə 718) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Dövlət Sosial Müdafiə Fondunun Nizamnaməsi”nin 5.7-ci bəndinə “saxlanma xərcləri” sözlərindən sonra “və dövlət icbari şəxsi sığortası vəsaitləri” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Fərmandan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
