Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Radiotezliklər üzrə Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Komissiyasının yaradılması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 1996-cı il 15 avqust tarixli 484 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2008, № 11, maddə 969; 2017, № 1, maddə 51; 2018, № 9, maddə 1840) ləğv edilsin.
