Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2002-ci il 24 avqust tarixli 774 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2002, № 8, maddə 494; 2009, № 6, maddə 419; 2017, № 5, maddə 810) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Dövlət qulluqçularının mükafatlandırılmasının növləri və qaydaları haqqında Əsasnamə”nin 12-ci hissəsində “əmək haqqı fondunun (vəzifə maaşına əlavələr istisna olmaqla)” sözləri “vəzifə maaşının” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
