Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2001-ci il 3 sentyabr tarixli 569 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2001, № 9, maddə 584; 2003, № 8, maddə 441; 2005, № 11, maddə 1009; 2009, № 6, maddə 419; 2010, № 3, maddə 183; 2013, № 12, maddə 1506; 2015, № 2, maddə 120; Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2020-ci il 26 dekabr tarixli 1218 nömrəli Fərmanı) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Dövlət orqanlarında dövlət qulluqçularına ixtisas dərəcələrinin verilməsi Qaydaları”nın 13-cü hissəsinin ikinci cümləsində “əmək haqqı fondunun (vəzifə maaşına əlavələr istisna olunmaqla)” sözləri “vəzifə maaşının” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
